Job Description :	Location: Graphic Designer at Barron Tire in Jacksonville.We are currently seeking a multi-disciplined graphic designer to support our in-house marketing team. The Graphic Designer is responsible for translating brand strategy into graphic design. This position develops, executes, and provides graphic design solutions to communications for highly visible, marketing and communications initiatives. The Graphic Designer develops high-quality, cost-effective collateral for projects and services for a broad array of target audiences and ensures that the design effectively conveys the Tireco brands and meets business objectives. We encourage you to visit www.tireco.com to learn more.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops and maintains sales support tools including point of purchase displays.Creates and designs advertising art based on feedback from Team Members and clients.Produces and edits catalog pages as requested by sales department.Catalogs and files all materials in a logical and easily accessible manner.Thinks creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics and advertising materials.Determines size and arrangement of illustrative materials.Prints and presents sample of finished layout to manager for approval.Performs other duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.3+ years’ experience in a similar position.Proven knowledge of Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, or other graphic design programs.A strong eye for visual composition and layout.Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platforms.Great communication skills.Ability to receive direction, comprehend feedback, and learn from teammates but also take initiative and meet various design challenges.COMPETENCIES: CreativeCommunication proficiencyProblem solving/analysisWhen you join our team, we are proud to offer competitive pay, opportunity for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package, including, health insurance, paid time off and 401(K).
