We need you to bring your creativity and problem-solving skills to bear as we collaborate on a wide variety of marketing campaigns and branding initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Collaborate with the Marketing team to complete creative briefs Own the conceptualization and creation of visual marketing collateral using your knowledge of layout, hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition Prep final design documents for print production Reflect brand values of positivity and inclusivity in every piece of content Use your time management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines Maintain an organized file storage structure IS THIS YOU? Bachelor’s degree in related field Graphic design experience Proficiency in Adobe programs including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint Ability to update and manage website content Knowledge of social media imagery best practices Basic knowledge of HTML Strong communication skills Able to give and receive constructive criticism High attention to detail Positive outlook and attitude DO YOU SCORE ANY BONUS POINTS? Able to provide a strong portfolio of work Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or other video editing software Experience with Squarespace Experience with Sigma software Experience in or knowledgeable of user experience (UX) Illustration skills YOU’LL GET: 36-hour FT work week (Yes, that’s full time!)
