They are responsible for providing graphic design solutions that elevate the company’s marketing efforts. The Graphic Designer will use knowledge of brand standards and current design trends to create custom marketing pieces that inspire, inform and captivate consumers. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and can give and take constructive feedback, effectively collaborate with agents and staff, and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge & ExperienceBA in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field3+ years experience in graphic design / web utilizing the most up-to-date Adobe Creative Suite on a Mac platformPossess expertise in using Adobe Creative SuiteAcute attention to detail with strong typography skillsKnow and use current web standards in order to take graphic designs into the digital realmAbility to follow direction and to execute concepts.Ability to adhere to timelines and meet all deadlines while producing accurate and high-quality workAbility to self-manage one’s time while working on concurrent projectsAbility to prioritize work and move from one priority to another at any time.Ability to work as a team member and individually.Ability to perform repetitive tasks.What you’ll doDesign and execute email campaignsCreate highly designed presentations for product promotion and educationCreate and publish web assets to the company websiteWork with the team to produce product launches and monthly product promotions across multiple channelsCreate internal communication that is in line with our brand identityCommunicate ideas and concepts across departments to reach our customers and inspire them to specify our productPerformance MeasurementsOn-time delivery and distribution of all projects and assetsProvide quality assurance of all creative deliverablesDirect communication with collaborators, department managers and cross-functional teams to keep multiple projects moving forwardProtect the BEGA brand in all projects and adhere to the brand guidelinesLeadership PrinciplesAnd finally, BEGA has put forth a set of governing principles.
