Job Description :	We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support our growing B2B2C Marketing team and partner closely with stakeholders across our commercial organization. This role will primarily be responsible for executing digital creative (email, web, social) and print collateral while collaborating alongside Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams. This role will be instrumental in executing our brand strategy with Veterinarians and pet/horse owners and helping to convey our company story to investor partners. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible to a fast-paced work environment, and an excellent team player.Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with Marketing team to help concept and produce on-brand experiences for our customers and their clientsBrainstorm and concept with Marketing and Commercial team to create new ideas and design solutionsProduce polished designs for emails, online banners, social media, print marketing collateral, and adsWork collaboratively with internal/external teams, clients and vendors regarding project deliverables and detailsPresent work during creative reviews, explain rationale, process and methodologies of the designPartner with members of our executive team to refine PowerPoint slides and other visual presentations of our Company story· Maintain brand standards across all forms of mediaImportant Skills and Abilities: · Be a team player and collaborator who is flexible and open to feedback and change· A strong design aesthetic and typography skills· Maintain knowledge of current design and marketing best practices· Good organizational, time-management and project-management skills with the ability toself-manage and work as part of a team· Strong aptitude with the entire Adobe Creative Suite on a Mac platform (preferred) with a focus in Photoshop· Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment· Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills· Ability to visualize data to convey a point or story· Bring a thoughtful eye and attention to detail to all projects· Perform other duties as assigned· A strong portfolio of work demonstrating the above skills is required for considerationEducation and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field3+ years of digital design experience.
