We are currently advertising for an open Graphic Designer position at our Rockledge branch.Position Responsibilities:Leads visual storytelling through a holistic approach for digital, POP, POS, mobile, website, print, member experience, sales and marketing assets.Delivers assets that ensure on-brand and quality solutions, which meets the criteria asked for by the team. Must be able to present and articulate the creative process from inspiration to final design solutions face-to-face with marketing and cross functional partners.Supports and helps cross-train other designers to assist in their learning the CCU of Florida approaches to graphics and design.Shares design experiences and knowledge to grow new/internship designer abilities as a resource to support visual cues/design needs.Researches fashion, street, color and graphic trends in the marketplace to maintain market appropriateness of marketing assets.Performs competitor design audits to determine current/up-to-date design competitiveness.Responsible for the ongoing implementation of computers as a design and production tool to achieve great creative and cost saving company goals. Learns software updates and enhancements, works with consultants and attends or views online seminars to expand computer knowledge as needed.Responsible for learning about new graphics-based initiatives related to any digital implementation of new software tools and applications that are available.Performs other related duties works on special projects as assigned.Position Requirements:Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, User Experience or or any other related field; or five (5) or more years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should be in a design firm or corporate in-house graphics department with a specific focus on graphic design, product design and digital artwork.Solid attention to detail with strong organization and project management skills.Strong communication skills to effectively present information, respond to questions and work with the cross-functional and external teams.Proven ability to work under pressure, be flexible with work hours, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.Advanced Knowledge of Adobe In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and related design software.Basic working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint needed.At Community Credit Union of Florida, we continually strive to make a difference in our employee’s lives, both professionally and personally, by offering a world class, highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
