An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications… You have a pre-existing and still growing portfolio of work that stacks up with the best of the best. You work in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Pitch. Your retouching skills are second-to-none and your work demonstrates your finesse with typography, layout, and color. You are an extremely organized person who is able to learn new organizational systems on the fly. You know how to balance multiple small projects a day alongside longer-running work. You enjoy collaborating as part of a team and also have the confidence and focus to bring a project across the finish line. You believe that good communication is essential to getting quality work done and you know how to model these skills as part of a team. You know how to manage your time well and view your work through the lens of being a project manager as well as a designer. You have a portfolio that reflects your technical chops in the Adobe Creative Suite, ability to work in a variety of diverse styles, and also shows your own unique interests and vision.
