Job Description :	The Graphic Designer/Video Editor is an exciting role that will assist in bringing the Davis corporate branding to life as well as the luxury communities we build and manage. We’re passionate about branding and all the little details and touchpoints, from digital ads, brochures, and promos to drone fly-throughs that capture the company and what residents can experience living in one of our communities. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to put your creative mark on each of our unique community brands and the Davis company corporate branding.A Day in The Life: Assist with execution of graphic design projects including social media posts, email content, print, and digital advertisements, company publications, and informational marketing collateralDesign promotional material, which includes but is not limited to digital and print mediums: brochures, flyers, google banner ads, texts, social media, websites, signage, etc.Integrate video footage, audio tracks, dialogues, compelling graphics, and effects for successful storytelling through short-form videosUnderstand and apply strategies that grab attention and rope a viewer into a video within the first few secondsCreate high-converting Video Ads for Facebook and YouTubeReview video engagement metrics to understand how your video is performingResearch and liaise with outside vendors for branded pieces (banners, table skirts, bags, pens, mugs, umbrellas, etc)Design Facebook cover photos, profile pics, event photos, instagram posts & holiday-related memesSupport our leasing agents, as needed, with various design-related requestsDevelop and design layouts, edit videos, and graphics for Davis’ website and other social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedInAssist with design of the monthly newsletterReview construction documents and clean up floor plans for marketing purposesCoordinate with the marketing department to confirm marketing objectives, creative direction, and brand consistencyRegularly update and monitor both presentations and collateral to ensure information accuracyManage design revisions and approval of artworkManage utilization and archive of all project artworkProvide content management support (re-size, label, file, upload)Essentials:Two or more years of experience in a Graphic Designer roleExpert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoshopStrong proficiency with video editing and animation softwareStrong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various team membersTime management skills in order to meet deadlinesCompensation & Benefits: Salary range dependent upon experienceIn addition to base pay, Davis Development provides employees with the opportunity to select coverage under a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k), and other plans.Full-Time employees are eligible for PTO in accordance with Davis’ Paid Time Off Policy.On-site position at our North Atlanta office located near The BatteryJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Adobe After Effects: 2 years (Required)Video Editing: 2 years (Required)Graphic design: 3 years (Required)Adobe Creative Suite: 3 years (Required)Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location
