Job Description :	We’re hiring an accomplished graphic design lead who can help us more effectively accomplish our mission as a company. The ideal team member will be responsible for producing designs for client projects taking into account the overall brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy. This will include logos for brand guides, screen printed t-shirts, banners, brochures, mock-ups and mood boards, social media graphics, templates, and more.The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience a general understanding of branding, marketing, campaign creation, logo creation, website design and development, as well as graphic design.ResponsibilitiesWorking with team members to evaluate client or company needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for ad campaigns.Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.Coordinating resources and with other departments to create a cohesive, effective campaign.Ensuring that all aspects of the campaign align with the needs of the client or company.Looking for ways to improve design department processes.Printing separations for screen printing.Pay is Negotiable.
