Job Description :	Designer Greetings, Inc. is seeking a graphic designer with typesetting and hands-on production experience for full-time on-site work. This position is heavily prepress and production oriented, but also requires a great amount of creativity. You must be detail oriented and have a good sense of color, typography and composition. As a production artist at Designer Greetings you will convert design files to print ready mechanicals for greetings cards, gift wrap, signage and a wide range of stationery items.This is an in-house position.Qualifications:· Strong typographic and layout skills· Extremely proficient on Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign)· Proficient in preparing final press-ready files based on supplied specifications· Ability to create plates for spot UV, glitter, foil stamp, die cut and emboss treatments· Strict attention to detail and able to juggle multiple projects at a fast pace· Strong organizational skills· Project management, file organization and archiving skills are a mustRequirements:Must have related design degree or significant work experience in graphic design, print production or an outstanding portfolio and experience that demonstrates clear knowledge of print production and design. A minimum of 4-5 years work experience necessary.
