Job Description :	JOB DESCRIPTIONElectronic Merchant Systems (EMS) is seeking a creative, personable, detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Graphic Designer. This individual shall work collaboratively with the Marketing team and across departments to design impactful ads, emails, product slicks, tradeshow booths, social media imagery, and much more. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about testing new ideas. This is a 100% office-based position. Dress code is business casual.Duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Brainstorming and researching projects within a team and individually.Managing projects from concept through completion in a fast-paced environment.Designing various materials including, but not limited to print, digital, social media, tradeshow and email.Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.Establishing creative direction for the company and managing brand guidelines.Prioritizing and managing multiple projects within design specifications.REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate for the position of Graphic Designer will possess the following skills/qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or marketing-related field.1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably working within a corporate environment.Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.Experience in After Effects is a plus.Web design experience is a plus.Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.Excellent eye for detail.Must include a portfolio of relevant work to be considered.
