Job Description :	ETHICA WINES is looking for a full-time in-house Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate must be able to take a job from concept through the final product while maintaining the winery or company’s brand identity.The right candidate for a Graphic Designer must be a self-motivated individual who pays close attention to detail and is able to manage multiple projects for multiple countries and brands.Job Responsibilities: · Lead the creative strategy and execution of materials and resources in the “look and feel” and tone-of-voice of the appropriate brand guidelines across various mediums including integrated campaigns.· Designs and produces internal marketing materials including, but not limited to advertisements, collateral, POSM for trade channels, like displays, packaging, also emails and social media content for USA, Canada and APAC markets· Creates the look and feel, concept, visual development and final execution of all design directions.· Partner in development of the long-term creative direction for the corporate brand· Develop tools and resources to allow partners to align their materials into the corporate brand standards through presentations, communication tools, newsletters, etc.· Work collaboratively with photographers, printers, freelancers, agencies and other outside resources for the execution of marketing and creative projects, tradeshows and events. Manages costs for production and communication resources.Skills and qualifications: · Associate Degree in Graphic Design or higher· 4+ years of graphic design experience for marketing purposes· High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and knowledge of After Effects· A keen eye for aesthetics and details· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines· Fluent in English.
