Job Opening for Graphic Designer in Harry Norman, Realtors (Woodstock, GA 30188)

Create new designs for internal and external printed marketing materials. This includes flyers, brochures, advertising, social media content, posters, direct marketing materials. May create and implement Internet and intranet graphics and banners.

Create presentation materials to support training, management meeting, and executive presentations.

Manage office social media platforms by posting 3-5 times a week on each platform.

Assist sales associates in managing their social media platforms by hosting trainings, creating content, and implanting social media schedules.

Work directly with Managing Broker to create weekly meeting agendas, slideshows, and content.

Create social media images for sales associates.

Host 1-2 trainings a month for sales associates.
Develop and implement design strategies to enhance the Company’s brand image.

May recommend, implement and maintain hardware and software requirements for the department; and may write feature articles, newspaper advertising, bios and press releases.

Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of college diploma with a degree in Graphic Design
Experience:
Three to five years of experience as a graphic designer on a variety of media including Internet.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong Customer Service Skills
Proficient in PC and Mac design programs.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign
Proficient in Prezi/Powerpoint
Strong creative and conceptual skills.
Strong knowledge of printing and electronic production methods.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
