Full-time salaried position with a range starting at 50k DOE plus benefits.Located in Albuquerque, NM. Working out of Heritage Corporate Office. Duties/Responsibilities: Working under the direction of the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will collaborate with all vice presidents and presidents to understand high level strategy, initiatives, priorities, and goals for Heritage Companies. Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with employees, coworkers, vendors, and customers. Creates and coordinates high level visual presentations for the executive team alongside other Marketing team members. Awareness of trends in Hospitality Marketing / Advertising – and ability to apply knowledge to a cohesive narrative via visual design. Works to compile visual designs in a meaningful, clear way, keeping in mind targeted audiences for expressing the marketing strategy. Performs other duties as assigned. . Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to transform abstract concepts and ideas into concise and beautiful presentations in tandem with the Marketing Manager. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Adobe, and presentation & design software. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design required. Three to five years of related work experience in graphic design preferred, hospitality experience ideal. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
