Our ideal candidate has a focus on the customer experience, can research and identify audience needs, and has a natural ability to visually communicate a brand’s story. This position is a unique opportunity to join a growing, motivated team passionate about helping our clients exceed their expectations.What we’re looking for: 3+ years of career experience, and the examples to prove it.Strong problem-solving skills.A sense of humor, and the ability to laugh at yourself.A sincere drive to make a positive impact in both your profession and our culture.Qualifications and SkillsStrong experience and abilities with client communication through emails, phone calls, video calls, and in-person meetings.Must have excellent timekeeping skills.Must be able to multitask, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and be able to consistently manage 5+ projects at a time that are in various stages of production.Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, friendly, dependable, and proactive.Must be comfortable working for a small, boutique agency.Must be able to collaborate with team members, creative professionals, and clients.Experience with video editing and photography is a big plus.Communicate clearly. Both internally and with clients by phone and email. Know the difference between casual and irreverent, and that those lines are drawn differently with different clients.Be fun.
