We value our team members and provide them with tons of tools and benefits to help them succeed in their jobs and lives.Who are we looking for?Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design in an agency or marketplace (digital, web, video, and print design)Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of workExcellent working knowledge of industry-standard applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)Video production experienceBonus for B2B experienceA teammate, not a petulant artistWhat will I do?Creative Design – Utilize strong typography, illustration, video, and photo manipulation skills to create inspiring visual solutions for digital, web, and print.Innovation – Bring new ideas to life across various media platforms in alignment with business goals and marketing initiatives.Collaboration – Develop relationships by working directly with the CMO, marketing team, and freelancers to execute the product vision, clearly communicate the ideal design direction, and deliver final work that is award-worthy.What skills do I need?Creativity – Think quickly and creatively to develop polished design concepts, graphics, and layouts to effectively communicate/advertise to a B2B audience.Attention to Detail – Must be meticulous, with a keen eye for detail. Must possess working knowledge of resolutions, color and size accuracies, production values, as well as the difference between CMYK and RGB, MP4 vs MOV, vector vs. raster, etc.Time-management – Able to balance competing priorities and multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines. You will not need to be mico-managed.Customer Focus – InkSoft is about the customer. You must be dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.Interpersonal Skills – relates well to all kinds of people and builds effective relationships, communicates effectively both interpersonally and corporately.
