Your Impact:
Our team is looking for a Graphic Designer for a mega P3 transportation project located in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be develop graphic content and work with the communication team, discipline leads, and other parties to display project messaging.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with Communications team and other project discipline leads to make recommendations on best ways to incorporate visuals
Create informational and storytelling graphics from raw data and data gathering sessions to understand messaging;
Develop print and digital project collateral including design, layout, and graphics for flyers, banners/posters, fact sheets, brochures, social media, online ads, and other online graphic displays
Develop PowerPoint decks and coordinating collateral for presentations
Formatting large documents/books in MS Word, utilizing automated outlining/autonumbering, cross references, auto TOC, etc.
Creating and editing MS Word and InDesign document templates
Ensure project style guide is adhered to for work products/deliverables across the project
Organize project assets and collateral for accessibility
Editing graphics and layouts previously drafted by others
Reviewing collateral to ensure quality as it relates to proofreading, adhering to style guide, and ensuring proper format for delivery method
Here’s What You’ll Need:
At least 7 years of graphic design experience for print and web design
Advanced skills in Adobe CC products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Bridge)
Expert-level MS Word and advanced PowerPoint skills
Demonstrated visualization skills to take written information or narrative and translate it into graphical displays
Experience sorting and charting MS Excel data and enhancing charts
Demonstrated experience with adhering to and enforcing corporate style guides, color palettes, fontography, etc.
A keen eye for aesthetic details and visual balance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Portfolio showing previous design projects
Preferred skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
Demonstrated proofreading and copy-editing experience
Familiarity using MS Teams and SharePoint
Motion graphics and video editing experience is a plus
