What You Will Do
As a Graphic Designer at Krewe, you will join the creative team in bringing the Krewe brand voice to life across every visual aspect of the business. This role reports to the Art Director. You will support the Art Director and fellow creatives in execution of design
concepts across all channels, focusing primarily on our fast growing In Person & Wholesale channels to support expansion. In addition, you will help creatively strategize and drive overall brand initiatives, some of which may be digital in nature. The ability to edit, optimize and output final print-ready and web-ready artwork is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Support Art Director in execution of visual assets across all marketing channels, with a focus on print and digital materials for our In-Person and Wholesale departments, ensuring strong collaboration with both In Person & Wholesale teams.
Support brand campaign development from ideation to production.
Support the Sr. Graphic Designer in execution of email marketing, digital
advertising, and website asset updates (for both B2B and DTC sites) and
serve up innovative digital design to create continuity across all touch points.
Support Social Media Manager in design of thoughtful and innovative social
media creative that can be used on all social channels including FB, IG,
Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Collaborate with wider Marketing Team to ideate, concept and execute major
marketing campaigns (collection launches and brand campaigns).
Work with the wider creative team to develop processes that promote quality
and manage workload effectively, introducing more efficient, time saving methods when applicable.
Ensure deliverables are correct and up to brand standard. Proactively solve production/creative related issues.
Construct creative presentations to identify project goals and display work for approval.
Implement design and copy changes to files quickly and accurately.
Assist in e-commerce imagery post-production. Retouching experience is a
must.
Help manage and evolve website graphic assets database, methodically
organizing photo and design assets to best achieve and maintain work
Qualifications
5+ years experience working at a design-centric brand or agency
A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through concept to execution.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Photo retouching experience
Knowledge of user interface design and digital best practices.
Knowledge of print best practices and file preparation.
Knowledge of the newest design, typography, illustration, fashion, culture,
web trends.
Highly organized and able to tackle multiple projects at once and prioritize
workload.
Is a team player, knows how to collaborate and communicate effectively.
An understanding of the constraints and capabilities of digital production
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with changing needs and
able to work independently or within a larger group
A self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of
work, taking ownership and following up on projects through to completion.
