Summary
Lidl US is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and curious Graphic Designer who will support design and production of all weekly advertising media, such as leaflets, signage & digital advertisements. The ideal designer would enjoy working in an extremely fast-paced environment solving projects on the fly.
What You’ll Do
Create and execute the printed publications adhering to Lidl’s brand guidelines including leaflets/weekly flyer, print and digital signage, and other marketing materials
Create marketing materials to support various campaigns and provide a cohesive experience for customers
Proactively seek further development and optimization of workflow processes and quality of our deliverables
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or relevant field
2+ years of experience working in a graphics design role
Excellent portfolio, demonstrating the spectrum of design work

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with LAGO preferred
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of design principles, excellent visual design skills and technical knowledge
Detail oriented with high quality/accuracy and proofreading skills
Strong organizational skills to set priorities and manage time
Ability to take constructive criticism and change direction when needed
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
