Overview:
Collaborates with the Massage Envy internal Creative Team specifically executing the graphic design project requirements. Take direction from the Art Director to complete projects in a timely manner and to assist in building the Massage Envy brand.
What We’ll Accomplish Together:
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with the Creative team to design media that adheres to branding and delivers directly to the company needs
Assists with multiple projects through all phases of production
Develops designs that are on strategy and reflect the brand’s personality
Develops designs in line with the Art Director’s concepts
Presents innovative ideas and finalize designs in a professional visual manner
Works with a wide range of marketing projects, which will include but not limited to the following:
Print: point of purchase, direct mail and out of home
Digital: email, web tiles and digital banners
Adapts existing artwork to ensure the visual look and feel is consistent with the ME brand
Updates marketing collateral to meet the needs of the business
Sets up and maintains a well-organized library for all design and image files
Education, Skills and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design is preferred or equivalent experience
5+ years of work experience in the professional graphics design field required
Prior hands-on experience in print design production, photography editing, and illustration
A passion and interest for creating superior and creative layouts
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to navigate rejection professionally
Ability to be flexible with design corrections and present them in a timely manner
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Proficiency in MS Office, Internet software, E-mail, and Mac
Experience with photography, lighting techniques, video production / editing, and animation is a plus
Remote work in a hybrid work environment
