SUMMARY:
The primary focus area for the Graphic Designer role is to assist the Graphic Design Specialist in designing and creating marketing materials and presentations. In addition, the Graphic Designer will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the Graphic Design Specialist role in order to step into that role as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree
Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud Graphics software, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Background with Mac products, with the ability to use both Macs and PCs
Experience with design and layout
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work alongside the Graphic Design Specialist to create presentations and proposals for Business Development, Marketing, and additional corporate needs
Attend meetings to collaborate with internal customers to storyboard presentations and proposals
Assist Graphic Design Specialist in conceptualizing designs and illustrating the MAU story for potential and current clients
Assist Graphic Design Specialist in design of new templates and creation of new graphics to use within the presentations
Create advertisements, web graphics, storyboards, displays, brochures, and other promotional materials for MAU
Collaborate with Graphic Design Specialist and Recruitment Marketing Team to understand the needs of their clients to create visually appealing designs used across marketing campaigns
Assist Graphic Design Specialist in creating and maintaining a Recruitment Marketing graphics library
Work with Graphic Design Specialist and Corporate Marketing Specialist to design new website pages and landing pages
Work with Graphic Design Specialist and Corporate Marketing Specialist to perform monthly audits on website content and provide suggestions for improvemen
Have a comprehensive understanding of MAU’s brand standards and work alongside Graphic Design Specialist to ensure that all MAU materials adhere to these standards
Assist in creating and maintaining an MAU Client Brand Standards library to ensure that, when necessary, these standards are met when conceptualizing and designing that client’s advertisements
Work with the Graphic Design Specialist to strategize initiatives to continuously improve and optimize graphic design processes to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficiency
Assist with editing of photos and videos for use in presentations and additional marketing materials
Provide general support for the Marketing department
