This position is part of the marketing team but may also support other departments with design projects such as R&D, Training, and Investor Relations.Duties & ResponsibilitiesExecute Yomi branding and positioning across multiple platforms including social media, e-mail campaigns, html-drip campaigns, digital ads, print ads, website, sales collateral, sales presentations, patient materials and tradeshow graphics.Work with the advertising agency to translate Yomi campaign into tangible assets.Edit and help manage video and photography projects such as managing video/photography shoots of implant surgeries and patient testimonials for use in educational webinars, journals, website, and social media.Help to prepare polished and visually appealing investor presentationsSupport the Yomi Training team with visual aid development as neededKnowledge & Skills RequiredMinimum 5 years of design experienceBachelor’s degree in design or a related field preferredAbility to work in a startup environment where flexibility and a growth mindset is imperativeExperience in medical device/pharmaceuticals is a plusExperience with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts)Ability to edit videoStrong understanding of photography/ videographyAbility to create short product animationsExcellent communication skillsA keen eye for detailAbility to prioritize and manage projects independentlyCreativity and problem-solving skillsCollaborative spiritExcellent organizational skillsSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities.Work Environment & Physical DemandsThis job operates in a [professional office/clinical environment.Prolonged periods working on a computerAbility to lift/push/carry items up to 35 poundsFrequent exposure to loud/moderate noisePosition Type and Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position.
