| Job Description : | The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual designs to showcase NEP’s content to NEP’s clients in different market segments in both print format and interactive online. This individual will work closely with members of the Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing teams to develop designs/materials to support global and regional marketing campaigns, communicating our story in a clear, engaging way. This role requires creativity and deep experience with leading design programs and best practices, a good eye for detail, and an ability to translate business messaging into strong design while working within established brand standards. What you will do: Develop and implement creative designs within NEP’s established brand guidelines for a wide variety of materials and use case Create and design materials for print and digital sales collateral, including product sheets, case studies, presentations, brochures, infographics, workflow charts/diagrams, icons, and white papers Create graphics for industry events, including booth graphics and posters/signage Develop all digital and print ads to support NEP’s sponsorships or membership in industry organizations Support the digital team with creative graphics for NEP’s websites and social media posts, as well as for internal videos and other internal communication projects Maintain NEP’s library of logos, icons, and workflow charts/diagrams Must be a creative thinker, self-directed, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, a team player, flexible and proactive problem solver Strong communication skills including the ability to explain reasoning behind creative design choices In-depth experience with Adobe suite of design products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and other graphic design programs Strong knowledge of design principles, techniques and tools/resources, layouts, graphic fundamentals, and typography Must also be proficient in PowerPoint to create design elements / templates for NEP presentations Experience working as an in-house designer for a company or organization Experience in supporting digital and website campaigns with compelling design Experience with AutoCAD or similar technical design software |
