We are currently looking to grow our team with the right individuals who can provide the high level of service our clients have grown to rely on from Osmosis.If you live in the Denver area, have an interest in skincare, colour and wellness with the ability to create visual concepts, overall layout and designs that communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers, we have the job for you.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCreates marketing materials to fit brand identity and messaging.Participates in conceptual design meetings and contributes ideas.Develops marketing imagery material from brochures, sell sheets, counter cards, website graphics, etc.Designs instructional and training materials in a variety of media (print, multimedia, Web) and formats (instructor-led, self-paced, and online).Illustrates designs, concepts and sample layouts that adhere to brand visual standards in regard to arrangement, size, fonts, imagery, and overall aesthetic.Takes stylized product and supporting photos to create images for use in materials including print and digital.Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.Incorporates changes recommended by management.Sets up packaging files including labels, cartons and components and prepares for print.Works with vendors to ensure files are set up correctly.Proofreads all work product to ensure accurate and high-quality work.Reviews designs for errors before printing.Works closely with Marketing Manager to meet department goals and deadlines for projects.Assists with miscellaneous tasks including, but not limited to, building kits and printing in- house materials.SKILLS/ABILITIESAbility to prioritize and execute tasks in a deadline-driven environment.Adaptive design eye and aesthetic.High attention to detail and proofreading skills.Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCETwo or more years’ experience in graphic design.Two or more years’ experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.One or more years’ experience in product photography.Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:The company complies with all state and federal guidelines for COVID-19.
