Job Description :	We are seeking a graphic designer with a focus on digital- and application-specific design. As part of our growing team, you will work closely with the marketing and software development departments to create digital assets that are both beautiful and functional. Output from this role may involve non-digital material, such as brochures, signage, and print advertising, but the majority of your work will be digital in nature, focusing on our website and our mobile app. Your vision and contributions will help inspire people to use PursueCare to get treatment for addiction or mental health issues.Functions: Design visual communications including web pages, email templates, digital advertisements, and other marketing materialsBuild storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to stakeholders and management working closely with an in-house UX DesignerPrepare infographics, icons, photographs, and other data visualization elementsCreate design elements for use within our application, resulting in a clean, modern look and feelUtilize design best practices for various digital marketing disciplines to continually improve campaign performance and conversion rate.Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts3+ years proven experience in Graphic Design, Customer Experience Design, and/or UX DesignAdvanced software proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe XD)Familiarity in HTML and CSS layout skills.Passion for designing elegant, beautiful, innovative experiences that meet human needsIn-depth knowledge of industry-standard benchmarks combined with a clear understanding of accepted best practices and emerging approaches to online strategy.Please be sure to include a portfolio of your work.Schedule: 8 Hour ShiftMonday to FridayWeekend and Evenings as necessary to support mission critical systemsRemote or On LocationPhysical Requirements/Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential duties of this job. PursueCare offers a low-barrier transitional digital addiction treatment program particularly beneficial for those experiencing significant barriers to in-person care. Through the app, patients can access doctors who prescribe Medically-Assisted Treatment (“MAT”), counselors and therapists, psychiatric care providers, at-home screening, supporting resources and a pharmacy that can ship medications directly to the patient. We partner with health systems, community health partners, employers, and health plans. Patients can also seek treatment without a referral.
