Highly motivated, committed and well-trained employees are the essential prerequisite for Ravensburger ‘s success!In addition to competitive total compensation and rewards, we offer a collaborative and creative working environment!Skills & Experience: · Must have 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.· Must be highly proficient using: Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop)Microsoft Office for Mac (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)Responsibilities· Complete Graphic Design Projects as Assigned.Be involved in the creation of graphic design for a variety of projects including but not limited to:new logo creation and game themes (sketches to completion)art for product packaging, challenge cards & instructionsinternational translation layouts & other custom projectsweb, email, & social media graphicscatalog, marketing & trade show graphicson-spec projectsvector graphicsMaintain the design standards and output of the ThinkFun brand ensuring consistent look and feel across all mediums.Ensure that each assigned project meets all production specifications and style guide parameters.· Complete Sales & Product Support Design Projects as Assigned.· Maintain High Awareness of Current Game/Toy Industry Trends.Go on store visits for feedback and market research (as assigned).Maintain general industry knowledge.· Photograph & Retouch Products as Assigned.· Check Artwork Proofs – With a keen eye for details, review art proofs (i.e. Proof of Upload, Digital Proofs and Press Proofs) as assigned following the existing process. Provided detailed feedback to the project manager.· Create Product Mock-Ups and Prototypes – Make prints and assemble prototypes for play testing and mock-ups for tradeshows/sales samples.· Print, Mount, & Crop Signage for Tradeshows & Other Events.· Complete Projects for the PD Department and Company as Assigned.· Participate in PD activities. Be part of the PD team; help with and contribute to the creative activities of the department.
