Most of our staff have deep connections to Carolinas and the company is committed to our community.Role Qualifications:Take concept to visual reality from detailed brief to convey meaning and message.Develops and illustrates concept, styling by analyzing information, materials, and competitive researchExperience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsExceptional written communicationExperience in proofreadingProvide rough layout of art and copy regarding to arrangement, size, type size and styleIncorporate changes recommended by clients into the final designObtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirementManages project with outside agencies, art services, printers and vendorsKeeping up with technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing latest trends, applicationsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Review designs for errors before printing or publishingManage end to end in-house printing and processing materialsAbility to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challengesAbility to work independentlyGraphic Designer Qualifications/Skills: Experienced with Adobe Creative Cloud with focus on Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoshopStrong graphic design, layout & creative skillsSuperior attention to detailDesktop publishing tools and graphic design softwareTime-management skillsExcellent Communication skills, happy to collaborate across departmentsSimple website development skills are a bonus!Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusSalary is dependent upon experience.
