Local candidates only and your presence will be required in our newly renovated corporate office.Summary: In this role you will be responsible for the day to day creative design of special projects and advertising. You will work with senior management and ad agencies to insure consistency of brand and effective advertising. This position will also work with our websites, social media and digital advertising in support of all real estate office, staff and agents.What You’ll Do: Conceptualize and design high-quality print and Web work that aligns with business goals and the needs of our sales teamsEvolve, enhance, and maintain the firm’s identity by working within the corporate brandMaster and maintain brand standards and consistency of message and design across materials and media, globallyEnsure all work produced is branded properly and meets highest quality standardsCreate and design a wide variety of visual marketing materials with the use of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)Assist with email templates and e-blasts with different email marketing programs/software.Assist with marketing fulfillment in any other necessary departmentsSpecial projects as required.Provide backup duties and design graphics/ads or assistance to the social media operator/department.Regular and reliable attendance and your physical presence at the work site.All other duties as assignedQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
