| Job Description : | JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of North America Packaging & Labeling, this position will develop pharmaceutical product labeling artwork in accordance with government agency regulations for the U.S. & Canada. The individual will ensure accuracy in the creation of Sanofi product labeling, utilizing regulatory text, technical layouts (specifications), and product-specific graphics. This position is accountable for creating artwork and tracking projects to completion while adhering to strict deadlines. The individual will ensure artwork within the group, maintain the integrity of the company, by producing high-quality, accurate deliverables provided to patients. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Experience & knowledge of producing pharmaceutical packaging, printing technology, drug labeling regulations, electronic art preparation, and computer skills. Maintain an electronic library containing artwork files for product components and product prescribing information. Technical support of the MAC systems Be responsible for total technical support of the MAC systems as well as provide expertise in the area of graphic arts design, functionality, electronic issues, etc. Prepare artwork according to the requirements of multiple sites (domestic/international) consistent with site or vendor print production needs. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Associate’s degree from an accredited two-year college or technical school Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university Requires a level of expertise of the MAC systems and all supporting graphics: QuarkXPress, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign as well as Microsoft Office. Requires knowledge of VistaLink & SAP. Strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements on labeling. Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines. Develop and implement creative solutions for continuous process improvement Detail-oriented, stressing accuracy and high level of deliverables Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate cross functional, both verbally and written Results-driven. Customer/quality focused. Must be a team player High level of file management and computer systems Ability to read and interpret packaging component specification drawings Pro-active involvement in solving and troubleshooting artwork development issues Knowledge of GMP regulations.
