Are you ready to contribute your graphic presentation skills to a fast paced environment with high visibility work requiring a qualified, stable, and experienced staff? Our customer is tasked with developing, testing, procuring, fielding, and maintaining the FLRAA Weapon System with First Unit Equipped (FUE) scheduled for 2030.
Serco will provide Engineering, Logistics, and Acquisition and Strategic Planning Services to support the Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) Project Management (PM) Office. The primary place of performance is Redstone Arsenal, Alabama or authorized virtual work location. Specifically, services will support the Program Planning & Control (PP&C) Division, the Business Division, the Engineering Division, the Logistics Division, the Increment 1 Product Office, the Increment 2 Product Office, and the Lifecycle Product Support Product Office.
You will be joining a team of 25-40 full-time, highly experienced, and qualified acquisition, logistics and engineering professionals led and managed by Mr. Dave Schairbaum, who previously led the Air Force Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) development program as Program Director.
In this role, you will:
Provide support to the design and development of graphics, visual information, and multi-media materials to support subordinate organizations using Government provided hardware, software, and digital photography equipment
Develop electronic and graphic briefing materials aimed at articulating program plans in design, acquisition, development, test, production, and fielding of soldier systems
Update and convert original documents created in Microsoft Word or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) into Extensible Markup Language (XML) format using Arbortext or like programs to reformat, resize, and edit graphics
As directed by the Government lead, using Government provided hardware and software, design, create, edit, refine, and print graphics, presentations, brochures, flyers, hand-outs, posters, placards, multimedia, and other communication products in support of mission requirements IAW Government guidance and intent
Review existing program documentation to prepare, document, update, and maintain presentation materials
Prepare graphic and visual information materials using Government furnished information, as applicable
Support video and teleconference requirements, on an as needed basis
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
An active secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications or related field
3 years task experience in graphic design
Proficiency in the full suite of media products to include Microsoft Power Point, Photoshop, Premier, Adobe Acrobat, and the use of video and digital photography
Additional desired experience and skills:
Ability and willingness to travel up to an average of 25%
Ability and willingness to support full-time on-govt site support
Ability and willingness to support full-time, regular-recurring, and/or situational Telecommuting
