Job Description :	Stefanini Group is hiring for a Graphic Designer!No C2CWe are seeking a talented, motivated, and hardworking Graphic Designer with strong digital and print design skills to support our Marketing Communications department, responsible for developing engaging, creative and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. This individual must possess the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment while producing high quality creative solutions from draft stage to production stage. Candidate must be detail-oriented and well organized.What You’ll Do:Conceptualize and create impactful design solutions while maintaining brand consistencyDesign high quality campaign assets to support all company communication channels across a variety of media (advertising, email, social media, trade shows, brochures, digital PDFs, website banners)Work on communication campaigns from creative concept to execution, including print production and digital developmentSupport the Marketing Team in all aspects of marketing communication activities as neededSupport internal communications and develop corporate presentations and templatesMaintain product photographyThe IDEAL candidate must have:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and 10 years of related experienceAdvanced experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver)Front end development and CSS knowledgeProficient working in PC environmentProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAttentive to detail from start to end of a projectDevelops clean and creative graphic solutionsAsks questions to further understand content and campaign goal to develop visual solutions to align with strategyAppreciates and incorporates constructive feedbackConfident about design skills and knowledgeOrganized and disciplinedComfortable working in a collaborative team environmentPositive attitude, approach and personalityProactive – Seeks out new assignments when finished with projectsExperience with email service providers (Mailchimp) a plusExperience with Project Management System (Asana) a plusPhotography experience a plusVideo editing experience a plusJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: $33.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location
