Job Purpose The Graphic Designer will create original, engaging graphics and/or infographics for digital and print collateral including but not limited to social media channels, email campaigns, websites, print ads, and digital campaigns, while maintaining consistency with Store Space’s established branding. Work with stakeholders to understand, conceptualize, design, and edit materials that meet their needs. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to meet the needs of the marketing department and overall organization to develop Store Space as a recognizable brand within the industry. Work Location Corp 3- 1001 S Perry Street, Ste 105A, Castle Rock, CO 80104 Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary between $50,000- $65,000 annually and an independent work environment with collaborative management who care. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design. Proficient with Adobe Suite products. (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Strong understanding and implementation of design principles: layout, typography, color theory, hierarchy, etc. for both print and digital mediums. Stay on top of the latest creative and design trends and apply knowledge to new and existing campaigns. High attention to detail with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Preferred Video editing or motion graphics experience and skills are a plus (Premier, AfterEffects, etc.). Proficient in MS Office, creating templates in Word and Power Point. Experience using project management software or platforms to manage project statuses (Asana, Monday, Slack, etc.) Experience designing display ads. Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing. Experience with marketing SaaS products. Additional Information This position will join our collaborative marketing team in our Castle Rock, Colorado office. We are not looking for remote/telecommute candidates at this time. Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with in-house marketing team to develop consistent, impactful design deliverables across a wide range of touch-points, including emails, social media, websites, events, presentations, and more. Execute multiple projects with shifting priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Apply professional graphic design principles and develop new ideas to support business development. Process and edit photos for business use on collateral and digital channels. Organize and maintain digital assets library. |
