Job Description :	Brand ConsultantDescription: Studio 11 Design is seeking a Graphic Designer. We are a hospitality design studio focusing on renovations or new builds for hotels, nightclubs, and restaurants. As complimentary services, we offer our clients Branding Services as well as Custom Art pieces for hotels and F&B outlets. The Graphic Designer supports. Success in this role requires independence, creativity, artistic talent, drive, and strong communication skills. We are located in Dallas and seeking an experienced graphic artist that is eager to join this fast-growing company, performing in a variety of project roles.Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Computer Graphics, Multimedia, or Illustration from accredited university or institute· Has 2-5 years of graphic design experience either in-house or at an agency· Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.· Experience in development of marketing collateral, renderings, logo designs and various other materials· Working knowledge of the printing industry, excellent graphic design skills, and a critical eye for design and typography, including branding work, layout, photo-retouching and image manipulation· Strong project management skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and roles· Receptive to constructive criticism and works collaboratively across the organization· Detail-oriented and with a close eye for accuracy· High level skill in Adobe Creative Suite· Ability to translate established marketing strategies into clear, concise, appealing visuals that are consistent with the brand image· Self-motivated and driven to excellence· Willingness to work off hours when required to support challenging goals· Eager to learn and grow· Positive attitude every daySkills: · Up to date with industry leading software, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator· Client communication – by email, phone and in person· Excellent time management, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills· Strong collaboration skills; ability to anticipate potential bottlenecks and resolve issues independently.· Work well under pressure, juggling multiple projects and deadlinesResponsibilities: · Work with the Branding team to develop branded marketing material· Work with the Interior Design team to develop project renderings, fly-bys, 360s and other project collateral· Work with the Art Consulting team to create custom art for client installations· Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas internally and with clients· Design and produce graphics for print ads, website banners and social media content consistent with established brand guidelines and style· Ability to edit and touch-up photos· Creativity to design and develop graphics for new projectsJob Types: Full-time, ContractSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Graphic design: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
