| Job Description : | Seeking a passionate and creative graphic designer to join our growing, upbeat and hardworking in-house creative team. This position requires superior & effective design skills for a wide range of marketing components including our monthly magazine & direct mail (postcards, brochures, letters). We work with a variety of business types and sizes, from local to national. Applicants must have the ability to adjust with changing priorities and work well with clients and sales reps directly.This is a full time salary position, starting at $40,000 per year.Monday – Friday, in-house position.When responding to this post, please include samples of your work along with your resume and cover letter to be considered for this position. Please NO CALLS.QUALIFICATIONS: 4+ years of proven design experience (supported by an online portfolio)A degree in Graphic Design or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.Must live in Connecticut (This is an in-house position)Proficient in Adobe Create Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign on Mac platform.Demonstrate ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and communicate well with other designers (including receiving and responding to constructive feedback) as well as other team members.Possess strong composition, color, design, typography and layout skills.
