In this role, you will create designs and support efficient production for digital and print projects that communicate internal and external messaging with high visual impact. You will contribute to and work with teams from across the organization to support executive communications, operations policies and procedures, training, business development and corporate marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities
Create graphics and layouts for proposals, presentations and business development materials.
Design and layout digital assets (i.e., company intranet, social media posts, website content).
Design and layout of print assets (i.e., brochures, signs, annual reports, advertisements, swag and other branded/communication materials).
Plan concepts by attending team strategy/kickoff meetings.
Coordinate with outside agencies, printers, etc., as required.
Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional organizations.
Provide supplemental marketing support for all business units, as needed/available.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in graphic design or equivalent combined education and/or experience. Experience in the AEC industry is preferred but not required.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications Etc.
Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
Graphic design, layout and copywriting skills
Ability to create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
Understanding of graphic design as it relates to web use and the user experience
Ability to understand corporate branding and incorporate the concepts into all graphic deliverables
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Extremely detail-oriented with an acute attention to accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong editing capabilities
Organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing within a deadline-driven environment
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and an understanding of graphics production

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
