Job Description :	Position Summary: This position is responsible for helping to convey the message of the Hour of Power both internally and externally through social media platforms. This position is responsible for creating quality, life-transforming stories and content – and to present that content in a way that is both emotionally compelling and appealing.Social Media Duties: Oversee daily management of all social media platforms and accounts.Build and execute social media strategy through research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.Work with Creative Services to generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community.Moderate all user-generated content.Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.Required Skills, Experience and Education· Be a follower of Jesus Christ and demonstrate a growing faith and character.Self-driven, entrepreneurial work ethic.Must be a creative visionary with a keen eye for design.Broad understanding of how to measure and create an integrated digital footprint.Working knowledge and experience in planning, managing and executing social media initiatives.Working knowledge of Shepherd’s Grove/Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller.Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and YouTube.Experience with leveraging social media management and analytics tools like Hootsuite.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):Do you have experience working for a Christian ministry or non-profit?Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
