We are seeking a Graphic Designer on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer with a concept-driven approach who understands how form influences function and is constantly striving for simplicity. Ideally, this person has an exceptional eye for detail, design, and standard for quality. They should be skilled in working with multiple partners and have the ability to adapt to various creative styles and mediums.

What You’ll Do:
Work collaboratively with a cross-functional creative team to develop scalable brand designs.
Work cross-functionally, balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas.
Generate proof-of-concepts quickly based on stakeholder direction and self-driven research.
Presents and articulates design decisions in a clear and focused way that drives productive discussion, inspires teammates, and compels work forward.
Create sketches, visual references, storyboards.
Ability to keep project timelines on track.
Collaborates to deliver compelling creativity in various styles/mediums: illustration, photography, video, animation, or other media (as appropriate).
Delivers content that’s delightful, beautiful, and clear with attention to detail.
Craft and execute final designs.
Willingness to understand and design for the needs of the talent market.
Responsible for contributing to the overall design process through concept, design development, and delivery of compelling visuals that will resonate with an external global audience and inspire everyday sharing.
Must focus on shipping best-in-class creative to build excitement, affinity, and trust in clients as the place for career growth.

2-3 years of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of design programs and comfort learning new software.
A link to an online portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Experience seeing ideas from inception to launch.
Understanding of standard design principles.
Experience taking design feedback from various stakeholders and incorporating it into solutions.
Experience moving fast and multitasking while maintaining a high level of quality.
Knowledge of current industry standards for a variety of formats, including print, social, and video.
Experience telling stories across multiple platforms.
Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Working knowledge of Figma and Creative Cloud products.
Knowledge of audio/video production.
Experience with content management systems and workflows with an understanding of how to organize and manage content.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Experience using client’s Business Products.
Working knowledge of Creative Cloud products.
Heavy on motion graphic experience.
Experience in design programs.

Bachelor’s degree or additional 4 years of experience.

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s San Francisco, CA office once it is determined safe to do so.
