Job Description : | Position SummaryUltimate Health Plans, Inc. (“UHP”) is a fast growing Medicare Advantage health plan with its headquarters located in Spring Hill, Florida. UHP plans provide all the benefits of Original Medicare Parts A and B, plus additional benefits not available with Original Medicare.Help to create visual communications to convey company branding in a diverse and market competitive manner to all customers and employees through the creation of digital and print documents, such as web pages, newspaper ads, newsletters, flyers, letters, brochures, logos, signs, member materials, advertisements, and other marketing and communication materials.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Meet with business owners to gain an understanding of their proposed communication and/or marketing design.In collaboration with the Product Manager, plan a project based on interactions with the key stakeholders and in accordance with the business owner requirements.Creates or incorporates illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications and materials.Creates digital and print pieces using a mastery of graphic design, digital animation, and illustration software such as Adobe Creative Suite and extensive knowledge of print, electronic, and graphics media.Adhere to and maintain a working knowledge of departmental policies & procedures, CMS, Federal, State, HIPAA, and NCQA requirements to ensure pieces are created in accordance with all noted guidelines.Ensures that all materials present a clear, unified, and positive image for the organization in accordance with the company’s branding guidelines.In collaboration with the Product Manager, plans, prepares, and distributes original promotional content such as articles, news, and press releases, email, blog and social media posts, and other updates.Collaborate with vendors, branding experts, front-end developers, marketing, content, and other professionals to create media.Produce drafts for review by business owners and make revisions based on feedback received.Arranges for photography and/or press coverage for special events as needed.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and competency satisfactorily. A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, Publications, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a Medicare environment is preferred.
