In this role, you will:Create and manage all design work for Victra including digital ads, email marketing, website, presentations, print ads and collateral.Work daily with the CRM, e-Commerce, Media, & Communications teams to create designs to influence buying behavior and move our guest towards action.Collaborate with our entire marketing team and must be skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and myriad of other design and presentation software.Help create and develop workflows to help manage projects, timelines, and stakeholders.Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery.Generate fresh concepts, ideas, new ways to reimagine our creative and branding.Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing initiatives and projectsWork cross-functionally with other business functions to execute on creative design needs on strategic initiativesStay up to date with industry developments, trends, and technologies.COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONSThorough knowledge, skills, and experience in the following is a must:Adobe Acrobat Suite: Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Data Merge, and InCopy workflow required.Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OutlookWorking knowledge of Windows and Apple OS systemsComfortable with a highly collaborative process involving frequent interaction with colleagues, content creators, senior leaders, internal clients, and external vendors.Leverages creativity and information to lead, innovate, problem solve, and implement ideas to contribute to the growth of the organization,Experience in the following is a plusCRM: WordPress, Webflow, HubspotBasic code languages: HTML CSS & CSS Inline, Java, and Sublime TextMulti-tasker, able to work multiple projects at one time, balancing priorities based on need/guidelines.Ability to source, solicit and produce printed products.Detailed oriented and have ability to work in a fast-paced environmentEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design related field or equivalent.3-5 years of related experienceProven design background and portfolio that presents a variety of digital, print, and presentation materials required.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None requiredTRAVEL REQUIREMENTSOccasional travel may be required, less than 5%PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this job including the ability to work in an office environment.
