The graphic designer will design a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. They are responsible for producing visual content that fosters growth and brand development. To be successful in this position, the graphic designer will need to be a self-starter, capable of delivering original creative ideas and show incredible attention to detail.Graphic Designer Responsibilities: Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.Collaborating with outside agencies, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.Create visual content that enhances the WealthBuilders brand and generates awareness.Provide visual content for emails, magazines, digital materials, and products.Strong ability to take direction and operate under specific requirements while still applying a high degree of creativity.Design all of our LeadPages in collaboration with the copywriting team.Proficient in editing photos and photography.Part of the on-site events team and support for all WealthBuilders events.Manage Coordinate Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including.Curate relevant content to reach the WealthBuilders’ ideal customers.Compile report for management showing results (ROI).Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or in a related field.Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Suites.Comprehensive understanding of Adobe Final Cut Pro & Adobe Premiere Pro.Comprehensive understanding of template sites such as Canva and Adobe Spark.Hands on experience with logo creation, web layout design, typography, color, print production, image selection, and package design.Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.Strong communication and writing skills.A strong eye for visual composition.Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Able to give and receive constructive criticism.Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.Familiar with Microsoft Office.Works well under pressure.Strong attention to detail.Works well in a team environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 per hourBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Greenwood Village, CO 80111: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Graphic design: 3 years (Preferred)Adobe Creative Suite: 3 years (Preferred)Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
