Description:
The Graphic Designer will be a critical part of a growing team – responsible for bringing to life XSOLIS’s brand, product, and customer stories through stunning visual communication mediums that inform, motivate, and inspire, while building on XSOLIS’s strategic initiatives and values.
This position is responsible for designing and creating visual storytelling, through digital marketing assets, and product content for the Marketing Team. You will work on both new and expanding visual brands and have the opportunity to show your creativity, while cultivating your skillset.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Collaborates with the marketing team to promote the vision of XSOLIS through high-quality graphic content
Develops content aligned to brand look and feel consistently across all creative deliverables
Responsible for bringing the creative and visual aspect of all marketing pieces (print, digital & multimedia) to life
Provide strategic and tactical support in all creative areas
Responsible for brand coordination to include all logos and designs as well as template designs to ensure consistency across multiple platforms
Stays relevant with current and future design trends and technology inside and outside of healthcare IT
Coordinate with the marketing team for end-to-end strategy, design, content development, and execution of all events with the Marketing team’s support. (including, but not limited to: virtual meetings/webinars, tradeshows, and other in-person events)
You will bring a broad knowledge of visual design approaches and best practices of graphic design, information visualization, and visual design best practices and principles
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
. Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/ Visual Communication or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an in-house creative department or marketing/ad agency
Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
Knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Experience creating professional and compelling PowerPoint presentations
Experience creating visual social media content
Advanced knowledge of web/mobile user content, design and understanding of technical constraints
Ability to distill complex information and tell a story using visual communication mediums
Must have a strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility and a broad range of design knowledge and skills
Graphic Design concepts, typography, layout hierarchy, and color theory
Highly skilled in vector illustration and image editing
Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic
Experience with and knowledge of HTML. CSS experience is a plus
Knowledge of video, video editing, motion graphics and/or animation techniques is a plus.
Preferred Experience
Experience creating visual social media content
Advanced knowledge of web/mobile user and understanding of technical constraints.
