Like consumers researching a product before purchasing, our customers do their homework, and in today’s market, the brand is more important than the title…they want to know that they’ll be buying from a company with a purpose.As a Graphic Designer for Kenny’s Candy & Confections, you’ll work closely with our Director of Marketing and the Marketing team to design new packaging, sales support materials, sales show materials and website graphics for our Wiley Wallaby and Sweet Chaos brands. You’ll need to understand our customers, what excites them and how to attract them. You’ll also need to have an intimate understanding of our industry and competitive landscape – who we are, whom we’re up against, and how we win.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop new product packaging, conducting market research where neededDevelop and work within brand guidelines for each brandWork with Web Developer and Marketing Director to develop new website graphicsDevelop sales materials including but not limited to: Graphic Spec Sheets for new items, sell sheets & backgrounds, brochures, booklets, etc.Assist with show booth preparationsManage the film approval process through Kenny’s Candy & Confections various departmentsCoordinate graphics with printersAssist with Private Label graphics as requestedWork with outside consultant firmsDevelop signage and other materials as requested by the plantAssist with KLN graphics projectsOther duties as assignedQualifications4-year college degree preferably in graphic designProficient in all Adobe Creative Cloud productsExcellent verbal & written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsMust be a team player and able to work in a fluid environmentExcellent judgement and reasoning abilitiesSelf-motivatorBasic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $48,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus paySigning bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location
