Job Description :	Salary Range: $35,000 – $45,000 Annually SUMMARY As an employee of Innomark, working on-site at Dick’s Sporting Goods, this entry-level, long-term contract-to-hire position is responsible for designing and executing creative to ensure marketing objectives are met and projects are completed accurately and on time. Balancing a strong aesthetic with interpersonal skills, this person will demonstrate an ability to justify creative concepts and executions to both the creative team and internal business partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Execute brand look and feel consistently across all creative deliverables. Conceptualize and communicate ideas to individuals and to the larger creative and marketing teams. Manage and adhere to established schedules, while ensuring that quality standards are met. Work productively and harmoniously as a teammate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and photography team members, who share project responsibilities. Participate in and contribute ideas individually and in group settings. Thrive in a collaborative, corporate environment with a professional and positive attitude. Stay relevant with current and future design trends and technology inside and outside of retail. REQUIRED SKILLS Fluent in Adobe programs (In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator). Proficiency in Adobe Premier and/or After Effects is a plus. Maintain technical knowledge of file preparation and procedures. Possess strong design aesthetics with type, color, and page layout design. Experience in both print and digital. Possess strong problem-solving, conceptual, and communication skills. Must be motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and team skills. Experience working in an online retail environment is a plus. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 1-2 years of relevant experience Bachelors degree in Web/Graphic Design or equivalent education and experience
