Job Description : | Graphic Designer/ Marketing Coordinator Overview of Duties and Responsibilities: ? Manage day-to-day marketing tasks and collaborate with other marketing team members ? Create custom designs for property-specific marketing ? Create illustrations, graphics, and collateral that add value to each asset ? Manage property availabilities/listings (new listings flyers, updates and changes and blasts of approved products) through multiple commercial real estate websites and internal website, including CoStar and LoopNet; managing Standard and Premium listings according to company guidelines. ? Assist where needed with any other marketing assignments (tour books, pitch books, placemats, etc.) to maintain consistency in the branding. ? Assist with The Transactions creation. Updating and coordinating information with brokers and blasts. ? Maintain and publish agent bios, company photos and other company information via WordPress. ? Work closely with the company’s brokers to develop effective market research material, specific to both existing and potential clients. ? Assist new business development projects by drafting and preparing pitch letters, fact sheets, broker biographies, articles and other marketing material highlighting the company’s strengths and establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients. ? Advanced knowledge of Social Media marketing for company branding and integration of marketing materials. ? Able to work closely with 3rd party public relations firm on company ads, award submissions and assignments. ? Responds to market/research requests from brokers in a timely and appropriate manner. ? Exercises the strictest judgement and appropriate discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information regarding the company business, at all times. ? Assist where needed with any other marketing assignments (tour books, placemats, etc.) to maintain consistency in the branding to assure materials are completed in a timely manner. Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design or other related field ? At least 1-2 years of marketing experience; commercial real estate experience is a plus ? At least 1-2 years of experience in a formal design environment ? Outstanding design skill reflective of strong competency of graphic design principals ? Exceptional knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud software ? Ability to work autonomously and effectively cross-manage multiple projects at one time to work collaboratively with the marketing team and brokers to determine the best design strategy and approach given the context of any marketing project ? Stays in front of design and marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our professionals ? Organized and resourceful with a proven ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines ? Detail oriented with excellent writing and communication skills ? Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions ? Expert in forward design concepts Preferred skills and expert knowledge of: ? Adobe Creative Suite ? Microsoft Office 365 ? Buildout ? Constant Contact ? Social Media: Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram ? Google Ads ? CoStar, LoopNet and Commercial Gateway ? WordPress.
