| Job Description : | The Freckled Hen is looking for an in-house Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator with a creative mindset and driven personality. This individual must be able to prepare all materials in the voice of the brand and continuously think ahead for the next campaign. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing brand and talented team!Responsibilities Include: Creating unique graphics for the Freckled Hen website, social media, and email newsletterDesigning custom window decals, apparel & other exclusive productsDrafting and designing email newsletter 2-3 times a weekDesigning branding elements including store signage, logos, business cards, and adsCollaborating with Creative Director on content scheduling, collection releases, new product designs, and marketing focusCreating discount codes and website collectionsWorking with Social Media Coordinator on social media advertising campaignsCurating online collections for product launchesBrainstorming new and exciting brand initiativesAssisting with onsite photoshoots with creative teamExpectations: Must have minimum of 1 year of graphic design experienceMust be able to present a portfolio of past graphic design and branding workMust be willing to commit 25+ hours per weekBe a motivated and focused self-starterExcellent communicatorAdditional Details: Remote job with occasional onsite work in NWAFlexible hoursMust be local to NWAFreckled Hen is a modern-day brand brimming with home goods, garden supplies & thoughtful gifts.
