SquadLocker’s Marketing team is actively searching for a Graphic Designer who will utilize the concepts of our team to version and build assets, in addition to designing and developing sales enablement materials. This hands-on role will be responsible for designing digital and print work for a variety of platforms including SquadLocker’s website, ad creative (banners, emails, social) and video. The Graphic Designer must think both creatively and analytically and needs to be accustomed to testing and measuring their designs.
In addition to possessing stellar design chops, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with receiving feedback on their work and acting upon it. Our ideal candidate is a graphic design professional who can bring established creative concepts to life while stretching the boundaries of templated looks.
Key Responsibilities
Utilizing the concepts developed by Sr Graphic Designer, develop and implement original designs and creative solutions for smaller digital and print assets including web pages, social ads, email campaigns, and more
Ideate, design, and create tangible print assets for sales enablement, including sales and trade show collateral
Collaborate with Marketing leadership and Senior Graphic Designer to ensure creative supports the overall project progress
Ensure brand consistency throughout all assets created for both internal and external audiences
Test and measure results; Present findings to Leadership team members
Collaborate and communicate with other creative, strategy, product, and development team members
Qualifications
We are looking for ambitious individuals with a history of high achievement and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment with peers who challenge them to be better. These are the qualifications:
2 to 4 years’ experience in a digital design
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Design or related program is preferred
Expert-level experience with Adobe Suite and In Design
Portfolio that shows off your skills
History of measuring design success and providing quantitative results
Solid understanding of UX; Basic HTML, CSS or JavaScript experience a plus
