Job Description : | The Marketing Specialist is a key member of the marketing team who champions brand and marketing initiatives for Ghidorzi Design | Build | Develop while serving as the company’s primary graphic designer. This position keeps our company on the forefront of branding, marketing, creative design trends and technology.Ghidorzi is a fully integrated design build construction, real estate development, architecture and interior design firm. Our Ghidorzi Hospitality division serves the business and leisure travel needs of our community and is an important internal client of our marketing team. The group consists of a Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott, in addition to Van Acre, our new restaurant located within the Hilton Garden Inn.Responsibilities· Establish and govern brand standards for Ghidorzi Design | Build | Develop, including all entities in the Hospitality division.· Oversee the digital presence of all company entities, including official company websites, third-party websites that feature company entities, search engines and social media. Lead the development of new websites as needed. Ensure that content and graphics are consistently updated and refreshed.· Work with marketing director and internal business owners to produce marketing campaigns, programs and events to promote brand(s).· Serve as graphic designer to support the range of visual marketing needs for the company.· Write copy according to brand voice for the range of company brands and marketing channels, including social media, websites, project summaries and new business proposals.· Create presentation materials for new business proposals and other meetings.· Create and produce proposal responses for RFPs and new business opportunities.· Create and produce marketing collateral to support the sales and operational needs of Ghidorzi Hotel Group.· Create and maintain inventory of property management sell sheets in desktop version and online, making content changes and refreshing overall design as needed.· Support the Design Build team with exterior and interior signage and environmental graphics as needed in client and company owned tenant spaces.· Collaborate frequently with marketing colleagues to problem solve and identify creative solutions for micro and macro challenges that surface.· Manage the company’s architectural photography, utilizing third party photographers and/or serving as photographer. Ensure timely photography of new spaces. Refresh photography of existing spaces as needed.· Prepare and execute design elements for corporate gifts.· Drive the company apparel program as an important piece of our corporate identity among team members. Maintain a routine schedule of fresh apparel items as needed and with budget approval. Provide apparel options, design and logo placement expertise.· Project manage the annual Ghidorzi Green + Clean event in collaboration with the Office Administrator, ensuring that all details from planning to execution and cleanup are organized, well managed and a positive reflection of our investment in the community.· Hire and manage performance of vendors as needed to achieve responsibilities.· Maintain an organized file structure for digital files and all marketing-related collateral.· Work independently while seeking approvals and buy-in of Marketing Director as needed.· Other duties as needed.Qualifications· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Graphic Design.· Minimum of three to five years of marketing, business and/or graphic design experience, preferably in a business environment. Candidates with longer tenure are also encouraged to apply.· High technology aptitude in Adobe Creative Suite in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, WordPress and various web interfaces. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is also required.· Excellent writing skills.· High technical aptitude in printers and printing mechanisms.· Understanding of professional photo composition and the ability to edit photography to a professional standard.· Advanced project management skills.· Ability to meet deadlines with extreme attention to detail.· Ability to communicate with authority and in a concise manner to mobilize action and gain buy-in from a variety of personalities at all levels of an organization.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
