Assist with planning and development of marketing campaigns. Proof all designs for spelling, grammar, and design consistency. Prepare all artwork for print. Maintain and organize the database of marketing materials (e.g. working files, style guides). Attend design meetings with clients/units. Completes all training requirements upon begin hired in a timely fashion. Ability to commit to working 12 hours per week. Other duties as assigned.
