Job Description :	Cloth & Paper is a retailer of minimal and luxe stationery and planning supplies. Along with a successful e-commerce shop, Cloth & Paper curates two monthly subscription boxes. Our Penspiration Box ships a collection of hard to find pens and pencils, while our Stationery Box curates a wide range of planner and office supplies. Both boxes have a passionate and growing following. We recently made the Inc. 5000 2021 List for the fastest-growing private companies in America, rated 242nd overall, 6th in Virginia and 2nd in Richmond and our CEO was recently featured on Forbes.com.We are now looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. We are currently open to considering a wide base of skill sets and experience levels. This position have the potential to go full-time for the correct candidate.Duties/ResponsibilitiesCreate and collaborate on new designs for monthly subscription box and e-commerce shopWork with manufacturing partners to review and make adjustments to proofsAssist with editing marketing materialsHelp with planning future product releasesA strong candidate will have: Experience in print designKnowledge of typography and text compositionA creative portfolio that demonstrates experience conceptualizing and executing print designUnderstanding of and ability to identify current and future trends in the stationery and/or planner industryUnderstanding of Adobe programs (Photoshop and InDesign)A collaborative attitude and willingness to be flexible and accommodating in this fast-paced environmentStrong communication and project management skills with a strength in managing multiple deadlinesHard work ethic, desire to learn and growAmbitious, outgoing, self-driven and a joy to work with in a team environmentBeing willing and humble enough to pack an order or sub box from time to time is a huge plus (And sending your finished work directly to a customer is the best part!)Special consideration will be given to candidates with: Photography and retouching skillsVideo editing skillsExperience with MailChimp and/or ShopifyA Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalentSchedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and occasional Fridays; from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.Work Location:One locationWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Part-timePay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountSchedule:8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:There is regular sanitization of the facility and employees’ temperatures are taken before every shift.
