This position will work directly with marketing to support the development of marketing materials and various department support needs. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and the flexibility to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly and quickly into images, layouts, and other designs. In addition, this position will assist marketing with the execution of all marketing-related projects, campaigns, and events. What you will be doing: Consistently apply company brand to format various collateral pieces including digital ads, marketing materials, sales documents, tradeshow materials, and web graphics. Manage vendor relations including gathering quotes, preparing and submitting jobs for print, tracking, and invoicing. Support with general administrative assistance as needed to the team including direct mail, email marketing, event coordination, and social media content. What You Need For This Position: Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in progress in graphic design, web design, or a related field. Experience in producing print and web publications/graphic materials. Advanced knowledge of current graphic design (and related) software applications including InDesign Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, WordPress Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint Knowledge or ability to learn video editing software Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner. Creative, resourceful and innovative. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong visual portfolio showing design capabilities.
