POSITION PROFILE Designs electronic and printed materials and/or illustrations for a variety of customer applications including publications, displays, and other media, as appropriate. Uses professional graphic design tools (Adobe – Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Acrobat, FusionPro, Macromedia Freehand, Quark Express, PageMaker, Flash, Dreamweaver, Corel Draw, MS Office applications, etc) to produce work product. Translates customer’s verbal or written descriptions into visual media using freehand renderings (proofs) and or computer-aided software. Provides graphic consultation support, runs and operates print machines, finishing work. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Follows RICOH Service Excellence performance requirements.
